Service Description
3D Rendering Service is offered as a stand-alone option for clients who want to clearly visualize their new kitchen before making any big decisions. This service provides lifelike renderings of your space so you can see finishes, layouts, and flow in full detail before moving forward. Flat Fee: $350 (non-refundable) What’s Included: Up to 2 live design sessions (virtual, screen-shared) to refine layouts and discuss adjustments High-quality 3D renderings showing multiple perspectives of your kitchen One round of refinements within the two included sessions A final digital rendering package delivered for your reference Important Notes: This is an individual service and does not include floor plans, elevations, cabinet specifications, or contractor-ready blueprints (those are available as an upgrade). Any additional revisions or sessions beyond the two included may require an upgraded design package. Measurements provided must be accurate. If professional in-home measurement is not purchased, Lee Cabinetry Design is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect client-supplied dimensions. With the 3D Rendering Service, you’ll gain confidence in your vision by previewing your kitchen in detail — helping you make informed design decisions with ease.
Cancellation Policy
Blueprints are offered as an individual service option only after 3D renderings have been completed by Lee Cabinetry Design. This ensures all plans are based on finalized layouts that have already been carefully reviewed with you. Flat Fee The blueprint service is available at a flat fee of $500. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before blueprints are prepared. Deliverables With this service, you will receive: Detailed floor plans Elevations (wall-by-wall cabinet drawings) Appliance & fixture layouts Cabinet specifications (style, finish, and construction details) One contractor-ready PDF packet (bundled and easy for your builder to follow) Accuracy of Information Blueprints are prepared using measurements provided by the client or from a professional in-home measurement service (if purchased). Lee Cabinetry Design is not responsible for errors that result from inaccurate client-supplied measurements. Intended Use Blueprints are for design and planning purposes only. They are not stamped construction documents. Contractors are responsible for executing the design and ensuring compliance with all building codes.
