At Lee Cabinetry Design, all services are custom, professional design services delivered digitally or through live consultation. Because of the nature of these services, all fees paid are non-refundable. This applies to consultations, design packages, 3D renderings, blueprint services, and contractor-ready PDF deliverables.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Our services do not involve physical products, therefore there are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the service has been booked and payment has been processed.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a consultation or design session, you may do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to reschedule within this timeframe will result in forfeiting that session without refund.

4. Service Satisfaction

While refunds are not offered, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication, design revisions (as outlined in your service package), and professional deliverables.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that Lee Cabinetry Design cannot deliver the agreed-upon service due to circumstances on our end.
